How is the 27 destination certificate different from the 85 destination certificate?
The 27 destination certificate must be mailed in at least 45 days prior to  travel. You select your travel city and provide two dates of travel at least 7  days apart. The agency will try to get your first choice for you. . On the 85  destinations certificate, you must mail your form in 40 days prior to travel.  You provide one date of travel, but give three locations to choose from. The  agency will try to get your first choice. The 27 destinations certificate has a $20 processing/registration fee, the 85 destinations certificate has a $15  processing/registration fee. How does this work?

Follow the directions on the certificate  to redeem your certificate. Then, when your redemption is processed,  we or the Travel Agency (depending on who has current stock) will send you your reservations form. You fill out this form with the dates you wish to travel and  all other pertinent information. For the 27 destination certificates, check in days are 7 days a week for the 3 day/2 night stays. The 4 day/3 night stays on  the 27 destination form require midweek travel- which is check in on Sunday,  Monday, or Tuesday. The check in days for the 85 destination certificates are 7  days a week. The agency will then find a participating hotel, and book you a room!

When Should I Redeem My Certificate?
You must redeem your certificate within 30 days. Even if you are not sure when  and where you want to travel, you should redeem the certificate and obtain your reservation form. You can then send in your reservations form to the Travel  Agency, noting on the form where you wish to travel. Then, if you are unsure of  your desired travel dates, you can phone them in to the Agency at a later time!!  But you MUST redeem your initial certificate within 30 days!!!

Can I Pick The Hotel? What Kind of Hotel Will I Be Staying In?
No, you do not get to choose the hotel. The Travel Agency, once receiving your  reservation form, finds a hotel in the program that can accommodate the request.  You do not get to choose. You'll be staying in a quality facility along the  lines of a Holiday Inn, Best Western or Quality Inn. The hotels vary depending  upon the location. In some cities (like Orlando and Las Vegas), you will often  have the choice of staying in 2 or more different areas. Some hotels provide  mini-suites complete with microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. The hotels are ALWAYS guaranteed by the Travel Agency to be 3 star and better.

How do I redeem my certificate? Can I use a credit card?
We have recently begun accepting credit cards, so you can now either send in  your certificate with your credit card information on it to our physical  address, or you can also redeem your certificate on our secure server using your  credit card. You will be selecting your desired  location, filling in your ID Number on your certificate, and  providing your credit card info for the $15 agency processing fee for 85  destinations / $20 processing/registration fee for 27 destinations certificate.  You will then receive your reservations packet in the mail within approximately 10 business days.

How Can the Travel Agency Get These Hotel Deals?
Hotels are rarely completely occupied except for major holidays. Rather than  have empty space with no people using the restaurants and lounges, many hotels  contract with travel agencies to fill the space at a huge discount. The travel  agencies and hotels want repeat business. The hotel also wants people using the  facilities, especially if they have a casino in the hotel.

Why Can't I Just Call a Toll-Free Number To Book My Room?
If you want to pay full price for hotel rooms, you can always call a regular  travel agency. You can have long conversations and debate the merits of various  hotels in different cities. In order for this travel agency to operate on its  slim profit margin, the agency must control the amount of time used by employees  on any single reservation. This saving is passed along to you as part of this  offer. For this reason, you must follow the directions on the certificate to  complete your redemption.

Can I bring a friend?
Yes, the certificate is good for 2 adults, age 25 and older on the 27  destinations certificate. The 85 destinations certificate is good for two adults  ages 21 and older.

Can we use two certificates for the same city, or use them back to back?
No. You may only redeem one hotel certificate per family, per city, per year with the 27 Destinations certificate.  That means that you can redeem for different cities in the same year, but you could not redeem 2 certificates for 2 trips to Las Vegas, for instance.  IMPORTANT:  With the 85 Destinations certificate, you may only redeem one certificate per family per year regardless of the destination.

Can we go with another couple?
These certificates are not good for group travel. Two couple could each  individually redeem certificates for the same city and dates, but there is no  guarantee that they would end up staying in the same property. You may request  it when you make your reservations with the Travel Agency, but it is not  guaranteed.

Can I bring my kids?
Yes! On the 27 destinations certificate, most locations allow up to two children  in the room free of charge, a few of the locations may charge a small fee. On  the 85 destination certificates, children are $5 each.

Can I Reserve My Own Hotel Room and Call You To Pay For It?
No. The travel agency only works with selected hotels. They must make all  reservations.

What Is My Total Cost To Use This Certificate?
As the certificate states, you will pay a $15 processing fee for the 85  destinations certificate, a $20 processing fee for the 27 destinations  certificate when you fax or mail in the certificate. You will receive a  reservation form in the mail within approximately 2 weeks after we process your  certificate. You will use this reservation form to make your room reservation  requests. When you mail in this form, you will pay your room tax payment of $25 with the 27 destinations certificate. With the 85 destinations certificate, you send in the booking form we send you, along with a $50 no show deposit (refunded  to you during your stay) and pay the hotel taxes when you check into the hotel.  THAT'S IT. Of course, you would be paying room taxes for any hotel room you would normally use anyway.

Do I Have To Attend Any Sales Presentation To Receive This Offer?
While you may be offered a timeshare presentation in exchange for tickets or  meals, you are not required to attend a timeshare presentation in order to  receive your vacation stay.

What Happens After I Send In the $15/$20 Redemption Fee?
You will receive a reservation form in the mail within 7 to 10 days after we  process your certificate. You will use this reservation form to make your room  reservation requests. When you mail in this form, you will pay your room taxes  which total $25. Of course, you would be paying room taxes for any hotel room  you would normally use.

Do We Have To Buy Transportation From the Travel Agency?
You are not required to purchase transportation from the travel agency. You can  make any travel arrangements you would like. Please do not purchase  non-refundable travel tickets until you have received written confirmation of  your hotel reservations. If you purchase plane tickets in advance, you may have  to make changes to accommodate your hotel reservations.

Are There Any Times When I Can't Reserve a Room?
Hotels are generally filled with paying customers during the week before and  after a major holiday. Peak seasons for the location you are interested in may  be difficult to get. Most of the hotels are also filled with paying customers on  weekends, especially in Las Vegas and Orlando. You will need to provide the  agency with two date choices of travel on the 26 destination certificates. On  the 85 destination certificates, you will need to provide one date of travel and  three choices of locations.

How Many Other People Use These Certificates?
The travel agency handles thousands of reservations each month. Many of those  reservations are from repeat customers, which is how they make their money. They  get the repeat customers because they deliver what they promise.

How Do I Redeem My Certificate?
You may mail your certificate along with your check or money order, or you may redeem your certificate online.
